as sais in the pages before, doomkernel isn't , for the moment, updated to .283
I you want absolutely doomkernel, you need a 4.3 rom . If you want to stay with .283 rom you have to stay with stock kernel or try a other...

Doomkernel doesn't support .283. Go back to jellybean and it will work, or flash another kernel with support for .283

You can flash any stock zip jellybean in recovery mode, or any stock jellybean ftf with flashtool without flashing the kernel

I think the stock rom is somewhere here on the forum. I'm not able to link directly, but I thing if you Google "stock jellybean rom Xperia Z ftf" you shouldn't be far away.

To flash, first of all turn of the phone with volume up + power button. Hold them til it vibrates three times in a row. It takes a couple of seconds.

Then you should be able to boot into flash mode by holding volume down while connecting USB. I think that the rom you should flash is .67 or .74

You'll have to wipe data if downgrading. Don't do it if that's important to you.
Just flash Dual Boot recovery with Philz Touch CWM Advanced Edition and TWRP If all you want is a kernel with recovery.

That is a kitkat rom. Try for example old existenz 6 (not ultimate). That is a jellybean rom and works with doomkernel.

That zip is for another device, the LG G2.

Stop what you're doing immediately before you hard brick your phone.

You absolutely must read what you're downloading otherwise you will destroy your device.
