Hi guys, sorry if I sound like a noob - the last time I tinkered with a phone was back in my Galaxy Nexus days - but how big is the difference between 14.6.A.1.216 and 236? I see 216 everywhere in the forums but hardly 236. Can I flash the kernel v16 over 236? thanks in advance!
yes, you can 236 isn't a major update, it works as well as on 216. (the bigger problem in v16 is twrp recovery in chinese language without any way to change it to english)
Maby this is device specific, because my twrp recovery is in english (z1c).

I can see new kernel branch?, kernel update to .236, new cpu gov, i/o and update stuff like intelliplug....

Thank you. I was using this without saying thanks, sorry about that. Can you do the same thing to the new v17 and upload. I want recovery in english. I dont know if u changed anything but the one u uploaded charges my phone faster.
