I'm on stock MM with this kernel. Recently I got an OTA update but when I wanted to install it it just booted to TWRP and didn't do anything. After rebooting the OTA is still available. Any tips, what to do?

You'll have to reflash stock kernel with flashtool, I think.

I dont think there's source code available yet, but I might be wrong.

I have not tried a building advanced-kernel preview 3, not sure if it will be functional because many things have changed
if I have any progress will share

I dont think there's source code available yet, but I might be wrong.

Yes, source code is already out for a few days, I build kernel from the sources but have not tried to integrate recovery, but we can use the recovery partition FOTA
