I will test it, I'm a noob and I want to merge your kelnel with my rom's one, unless you come up with an Android 7.1 version.
I will back with this project, but I need testers. Do you want to test?
Indeed. The Cortex-A53 (28nm) would be highly difficult to fry by overclocking it with this kernel, even if you intentionally tried with consistencyhahaha what a scared people?! did you know the 28nm arm cortex a53 cpu on phone can be run with frequency UP TO 3.1GHZ(O.C) stable so no need to worry, cpu has long life and hard to die unless you have at least ~ 85°C & up the silicon core maybe damaged or reduce life cycle, unstable or 250°C it can kill your CPU instantly.

All Moto E LTE Surnia models have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) board platform.correct me if i am wrong, this kernel is only for version with qualcomm snapdragon 200 processor
I say it because in any custom marshmallow rom or in the stock rom it works for me, since I have the version with qualcomm snapdragon 410 (64 bits)

Wow. I had no idea about the core voltage defaults. I agree...that must have been an oversight on the part of Qualcomm's engineering team. I knew the Surnia's processor was die-hard, but now I have a better idea of why. Amazing.... 75 - 80°C (167 - 176°F) isn't too far from the boiling point of water. That's an insanely tough board platform.I looked at the voltage of apq8084 board they only have ~0.83v to 1.25vol for 300-2.67GHz frequency. but at msm8916 board they gave voltage up to 1.05-1.35=i9 12900k voltage![]()
which is crazy for frequency only 200-1.19GHz. my device heats up to 75°C or 80 easily but it survived for 6 years (j5 2016). when it reaches the overheat mark. Throttle temperature will be activated and locked to max frequency at 998MHz my device very lag but 998 and 1.19GHz use same 1,35voltage and my phone doesn't drop temperature much. so this is due to an engineer stupidityyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
this is my cpu voltage regulator: 1050000 1150000 1350000
200 400 533 800 998 1094 1190 <1 1 2 2 3 3 3>
very high and fool voltage set

until offical cm14 and kernel for 7.0 are released, i will update the kernel. thank for your loveHey @nguyenquangduc2000
I just flashed this kernel and remembered why I loved it so much. OC, Fast Charge, etc. I miss the development of this Kernel. I knw this is wrong, but could u pls update the kernel and introduce all the new security patches over the few months.

Yes definitely. I'm going to take the time now to report this obnoxious behaviour. Maybe it will save you and I (and all other respectful members) from having to constantly read this never ending nonsense. I apologize as well for the off -topic remark.Dude how many people do u need to tell u not to ask for updates. IT IS WRONG TO DO SO AND IF U CONTINUE THIS I WILL REPORT U.
Sorry for the off-topic post.
