Obviously Powersave as it keeps your CPU clock at minimal frequency set by user Other than that - Different govs provide different performance/battery life ratio, just read this and find yourself one.

If yes why you just didn't create a flashable .zip with the boot.img and wifi modules, it's easier to flash it

wifi works for me try fixing permissions in recovery.

Interesting, for me it was increase from avg of 1830 to 1945, keep in mind that score is reduced due to disabling CPU rendering.

Oh and could you also look at the problem of battery drain when auto brightness is on? I think its the kernel. If you fix that, I'll happily use cm9 everyday, without setting brightness to minimum. Thanks!
