One more thing twrp needs the folder system/core it has adb in it. I dont know if you have it included or not in my twrp2.5 zip.

Tbh there is no new devil his source is a month old tbh you would benefit from cm kernel just being newer which I'm going back to none of those flashables are new cm versions I will have a new build with governors added to cm version.
