Key Largo 970 Hard reset deleted all GApps

I have hard reset my Blaupunkt Key largo 970 Unit, now all the Gapps got deleted from the head unit. only basic system apps showing. how to install or recover back those google apps? Please Help!!

'settings' -
'general' -
'factory settings' Password- '1234' go to
'other settings' ,
switch off 'setting up a closed system'
That's all. You'll get playstore in menu

But in my player that option is not visible.what to do?
It shows only option as 'closed mode'- 'not closed', 'closed'. Even I tried both option and rebooted,but still my playstore is invisible.
