Kfhd 7 (tate) CM12.1 stuck on teamwin screen after factory reset

I factory reset my tate running cm12.1 because my apps were acting weird, ever since the factory reset, it's stuck on the teamwin screen and keeps flashing. Someone please help me. I do not have a factory cable.
