Kindle fire blocked from amazon will it still be able to get android?

Hey, so I'm looking into buying a kindle fire not working on amazon they blocked device. Is it still possible to get android on it?

Flash twrp, flash fff, full wipe including system minus external storage/sdcard, flash jelly bean and gapps enjoy its just blacklisted by serial number by amazon, Gplay could care less. When you get it hope you port something for it
