Full wipe Always:

1. Wipe data/factory reset
2. Wipe cache
3. Wipe Dalvik cache
4. Flash KingsMOD format all zip
5. Flash rom!

1. Download File
2. Rename to PC36IMG (all caps)
3. Place on root of sd card
4. turn off phone
5. Put into bootloader power button/vol down
6. Bootloader will read the update
7. Follow prompts yes & yes
8. reboot phone!
9. Remove file from sd or it will read the file over and over everytime you boot yur phone!
10. Enjoy oldskool simple flawless recovery!
11. Done flash away!

Sorry This took me so long guys, have had a lot going on!

Ok so heres the goods, added transparency to notification dropdown , and of course I included the semi-transparent rosie, took the phone icon out of the rosie, gonna let you guys decide if that should stay that way or put the phone back in! Optimized the hell out of the images inside the theme, and of course all .apk's are odexed! (note to any up and coming themers out there, If you want to create a theme for this rom and plan to enable transparency for your notification dropdown you can go ahead and use my SystemUI.odex! Or you can take the long way around and deodex the systemui.apk, make the required smali edits, then odex it again! Its up to you

There is also no need to wipe cache or dalvik, as I added it to the updater script! Please make sure, after flashing, that you fix apk uid missmatches.
Note: You may have to reboot twice to get the full effect!!

It means compression on the apk are set to zero. Meaning, android does not have to decompress the apk prior to using its resources, resulting on less strain on the system. Oh that aamikam...

Changed foremost animations to fly in effect,
Added blue over scroll effect,

Blue volume sliders,
default font from android,
black scroll bar to blend in better.
