Replace the phone? Not really that easy. Even insurance deductible is expensive on this thing.

I appreciate the replies tho

I was having problems too. Booting was happening twice, lag, battery drains (one day fine - one day fast drain) GPS losing signal, just a lot of wired glitchy things. So I decided to call AT&T and do the warranty replacement. I am so glad I did it because now my phone replacement is like night and day. I can't believe how much better this replacement is. It boots up faster than any phone I've ever had.
I have not rooted it yet. Really loving how the phone is without making adjustments. Like freezing the bloatware might effect something with the over all performance. I really feel like this phone is bad as* without rooting now. It's so tempting though because I have purchased root apps and can't use them. I just think I should wait till a trusted XDA method is out and I can go back to stock.
At&t gave me one of the original Note 3's made (Ver 1-1) with a radio at (Ver 4-4) this thing is a beast !!!!!!!!!!!!
Heads up>>>>The defective model version was (Ver 2-2 everything)
BAD PHONE

I'm not saying it is kingo, what I am saying is it got extremely bad once I installed kingo. You guys can believe me or not, I don't care and it doesn't help the problem I'm having. Less than an hour screen on time before my battery is dead is crazy.

It may ultimately not be kingo, but it's funny that it started once I rooted. You guys can have an opinion which may or may not be correct, but neither of us know for sure. The source to the exploit isn't open.

Ever bought a battery for your car and still needed a boost every other day?
Until the day you realized that your battery was defective!!!
