How often will the Rom be updated?
Daily.
How do I flash it?
Your device must have unlocked bootloader!
If coming from previous Asylum Omni 4.4.1 or official Omni 4.4.1 and you want to do a dirty install:
1. boot into recovery
2. flash the Rom
3. flash the latest SuperSU
4. flash Gapps
5. reboob
If coming from previous Asylum Omni 4.4.1 or official Omni 4.4.1 and you'd like a clean flash:
1. boot into recovery
2. do a full wife
3. flash the Rom
4. flash the latest SuperSU
5. flash Gapps
6. reboob
If coming from anywhere else:
1. install a SELinux compliant recovery first, otherwise you'll get Status 7 error and abort when you try to flash. I'd strongly advise TWRP 2.6.3.0 or newer.
2. copy Gapps, SuperSU and Asylum Omni Zips to your SDCard
3. extract the kernel (boot.img) from the Asylum zip and fastboot flash it on your phone
4. reboob into Recovery
5. wipe data and dalvik cache
6. flash Asylum Omni zip
7. flash Gapps zip
8. flash SuperSU
9. reboob
10. Don't restore system stuff or apps + data using Titanium, it might cause Settings to keep FCing on you and other issues.
Also, don't use any custom addon.d scripts - again, Settings FC problem

Launch the zip, go to /system/app, delete the apps you don't need and flash in recovery.
What is not working:
Video recording - Camera FCs
There may be SELinux related problems - PrayStore cannot install certain apps, or apps cannot be moved to SD card
Lockscreen sometimes lights up for no apparent reason, just leave it and it will time out
