Today again, I downloaded the latest MMS APN Setup of my provider. I entered these details in the APN setup.I'd like to give feedback on bug #48:
I have Vodafone, provided by GMX/1&1 SIM - I run 01_09_2014 on my Defy. MMS sending does NOT work.
Interesting point: I could not save a manual APN entry to the DEFY. Whenever I entered the APN details an press "save", all data are lost and it jumps back to the APN-list.
My wife has a Defy with CM7, Vodafone by GMX/1&1 and with CM7 the SMS sending works perfectly without need of any manual adjustments.
Thanks!
Hendrik
Thanks, Quarx! Should a gapps package be flashed afterwards?http://quarx2k.ru/sdboot.7z
This archive contain sdboot, only for test.
ramdisk to /system/bootstrap/2nd-boot/ramdisk
system.img to /sdcard/system.img
After reboot, android will start boot from sdcard (System.img already contain odexed cm11).
Recommended make backup and wipe dalvik-cache before palying with it. (Recovery not touched)
USB Mass Stroge will work too.
mount | grep systemHow easily check if it really booted from sdcard? I think somethink went wrong and it still using /system on nand.
for me the same... no odex file in system...mount | grep system
My moto still showing this:
/dev/block/mmcblk1p21 /system ext3 ro,noatime,nodiratime,barrier=1,data=writeback 0 0
And there is no odex files in /system/app
=> /dev/block/mmcblk1p21 /systemfor me the same... no odex file in system...

Shouldn't it be that seven millions per second ( NAND ) is less than twelve millions per second ( microLSD )?True. Internal memory faster than sd card here too, as it should be.
at my sytemStrange, going to check files in archive ;p
Mount should be

Please try this http://quarx2k.ru/sdboot2.7z
system.img in archive same, only ramdisk changed.

Is there difference in the speed ?That's itit works fine
over 239MB free System memory...
