Bug #22, reboot to recovery - does it occur just on MB525 Defys with low BL versions?

Does not work for me, too (actually I don't care, just tried it for the first time ever). Mine is also MB525 green lens with BL6 (at least I think so, but it's definitely not BL7).
I get the strong impression that bug #22 just affects the MB525 (Defy), not the MB526 (Defy+).

People who don't have this bug:
As you can see, the statistics so far are (almost ) supporting my theory. :D

If this theory proves right, I hope that it helps Quarx and the other devs to fix bug #22. :)

@okij I'm part of the statistics that proves your hypothesis... I've got an MB526 (with BL6) and reboot to recovery/bootmenu works completely fine and has been working on all CM11 nightlys so far. Didn't want to spam the thread with this at first...will add a short review of the latest nightly+patch soon, I guess, just got home from a vacation and ready to flash again :D

I hope that sokool27's, slimshady76's and Quarx's Defy(+) fit into this scheme. ;)

I'll see if I can misappropriate my dad's MB525 to test :p

I have a MB 526 and i don't have at all a "reboot to recovery option" on long press power menu button: only "reboot" (and ok/no confirmation dialog).

i have TWRP recovery 2.6.3.0 (is the lastest?), lastest 29/12/13 nightly build with lastest patch (clean installation)

Have u enabled advanced reboot option in developers options? If not enable it and u will get that option :)

That's interesting, because it's against the statistics that we got so far... ;)

Have you probably flashed your MB525 with BL7 or something like this? (I read that some people flash BL7 on their MB525 green lens Defys because it makes them more stable, even if they lose the ability to use the camera under stock ROM then.)

Mine red lensed MB525 can't boot to recovery as well.:cowboy:

Oops seems like there was enough reports already but unfortunately we're still unable to delete our posts :p

My MB525-redlense doesn't boot into recovery with advanced boot-option enabled.
(Clean install with sbf34.179CEE, 10.2 and 11)

But for me this isn't very important, I go to recovery manually....
