Yes you can flash the newest ShoStock-i to your phone then flash any of the modems in my modem thread to your phone. If you flash the ROM only it will not update your modem
Ty for the quick reply. I just wanted to make sure. I jave a fully unlocked bootloader and dont want to screw that up. SafeStrap is great and all....but id rather not bother with it.

I am with you on that, I still have the MDB Bootloader loki'd with TWRP, so I never wanted to mess that up either.
Hi all. Installed this rom and it is great thus far. However i noticed that when the rom was installed it also unrooted the phone .is that normal ? suggestions?
No it doesn't unroot your phone, are you positive it isn't rooted? Does the super user app that comes with the ROM not function or show support?
I pressed super user app and it says "there is no su binary installed and super su cannot install it.this is a problem"
That is strange, you might try to uninstall SU then reinstall from playstore. Are you on a locked boot loader and using safe strap or a Loki boot loader? If you just need to root again, you could just use towel root. It's a one click app to root
Yes it seems as if i am on a locked bootloader and i am using safestrap.Tried towelroot and it says my phone is not supported.
Well, that's odd shouldn't be true because I rooted my gf's s4 with it unless your bl version isn't supported. But, when you got the safe strap, did it come with a superuser and selinux changer in a package?
What did you use to root? Have you tried using it again?
I almost linked you to his streamingfreebies.com site, but I just looked and he only has the latest versions posted. If no one else posts a link tonight, when I get to work in the morning, I'll see if I still have every version still saved on my hard drive.

I have 7.0 but not 6.2. I'm uploading it to Drive, will post a link when it's done. I don't think Sho will mind.
He probably won't, but to be safe, anyone who tries to download this needs to know this isn't the most recent and that any problems should not be reported. Just to keep new people from finding it and cluttering the threads with any problems
