KIW-L24: Marshmallow update fais @ 40%

Hey,
Do I need to relock my bootloader or something? Going from B151 to B331 it fails at 40%. Am I doing something wrong? Am doing the manual update as the OTA is not available for me yet.

I had this happen to me - I assume you transferred the file over via USB cable?

Because I did, and it didn't work, around 40%. However when I transferred the update to an SD card, put the SD card in my phone, then moved the update into the correct spot, it worked on the first try.
