I bought the Klyde Dual core car DVD double DIN for my Subaru forester and have terrible time.

1. The AM & FM Radio signals i can't even hear clearly & i live only 10 kms from Perth CBD. The existing Subaru factory unit had no issues with sound quality.
Also how do i store stations? I also tried auto search which scans all freq does nothing..
2. I couldn't get reverse camera working. When i selected reverse in the display i don't see anything.
3. Where do i get iGo maps for Australia the seller from whom i purchased gave me blank SD card (Terrible)..He gave me some link after i downloaded and copied to SD card still doesn't work...
4.Every few secs u keep getting message "unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" & "unfortunately google play services has stopped".
5.The bluetooth mic the other person is not able to hear clearly when tried calling them. I have iPhone 6 which is connected via bluetooth to the Car unit.
Unit takes good 2 couple of mins to boot how ppl are using these units for reverse camera. or is it problem with my unit?
Please help..I haven't had good experience since i got this unit
