Known Problematic Apps?

Are there any apps that are known to cause WiFi issues on an S8+ running 7.0? Every time I factory reset and reinstall my apps from the store It starts dropping the WiFi signal and reconnecting randomly. I was using Adguard but after resetting and reinstalling everything EXCEPT that it still does it. I've factory reset the phone again and am going to install one app per 1.5 hours to see when it starts acting up. This will take quite some time so I thought I'd ask here. Thank you.

Have you checked that its not your router or network?

It did the same thing worth my old router and the new beastly one I just bought. I used Package Disabler to get rid of dqagent and it seems better now.

Scratch that. It just did it again. I've factory reset a few times, tried installing apps one at a time, tried every fix I've found online and it still happens. I shouldn't have sold my Pixel XL.
