@Papawolf65 check it will probably work if your FW isn't patched. Try normally if it works then try at Android Setup screen.

Hi I have the same Situation as him. I don't have the emergency dialer in my setup screen. I tried the MTP open browser button but it fails. I am only able to go to settings when Knox Enrollment Service gets stuck in Updating Device and setting up work policies because it allows me to show the recent apps and access settings from there. I was able to enable debugging mode though and says that disable knox success. However, after the reboot it's still stuck in Updating device, then it factory resetted itself. So @zander21510 bypass FRP then try disabling knox you can find multiple videos on that you just need to get to Dialer App on your device or just Enable USB debugging.
As you said you were able to disable Knox using app after that it is triggered again I think it is highly unlikely, unless you are on A12 I recommend you to keep internet disabled and see FRP bypass then knox disable.Hi I have the same Situation as him. Do you know a solution to this?
EDIT: I have the Galaxy A5 SM-A520F from telstra. It has Work Policies in it.

P.S-: I'll update few more steps to disable samsung other apps associated to Knox.
Nice what you did there though you should know now getting back to work environment is impossible.Hi there
Thought I’d update my success here. I was able to defeat knox enrollment through TWRP file manager. I was able to mount the system as writeable and deleted the mdm app which solved the problem. The phone can now be used normally
