Bluetooth problems with my Moto360

Hello there,
I have big problems with connecting my Moto360 via Bluetooth.
My phone will not find my SmartWatch. I've made in both places the Factory reset, but the rainbow will not Moto360.
With my car kit and the MI-band I have no problems.
What now?
