Note : Paranoid Android 4.1 is only for jellybean (v20) baseband. If you are on ics (v10) baseband flash v20 baseband from this thread
Format everything other then Sd card (Full format is must needed when you flash cm11.0 1st time)
IF YOU INSTALL WITHOUT CLEAN, I PIE YOU WHEN YOU REPORT FC!

Flash the gapps:

Reboot
boot into recovery mode
Install gapps
Reboot

Boot into Recovery
Wipe cache and dalvik cache
Flash new PA 4.1 zip
Reboot

this is pa for P700, maked od 2014-03-27, build from 20:19 GMT+1 time.

This is the smoothest kitkat rom that i ever used, I haven't noticed any bugs except sound recorder, it doesn't work. !

Seems like it's npt working yet, I don't have it in personalization and I don't get a question to enable it when I turn on immersive mode.
