Lagging phone performance / internal memory write speed

Hi

since some time (some months) my Razr i has become very slow, long delays e.g in Chrome, or when switching back to homescreen.
I checked RAM usage and CPU/battery usage, but did not see anything unusal.

Today I checked read/write speed of internal memory (flash) using "Disk Speed Test" app.

I am getting:

Read: 20MB/s
Write: 3,0 MB/s

for the internal memory.

Is this normal, or is my device silently dying?

In case anyone else is having these problems:
I was always updating the device with Hazou's Rom without doing a wipe.
I fixed the performance problems by doing a backup, wiping/formatting the partitions, then restoring the backup. Easy one
Sluggish behaviour is gone, and read and write speed are much better again:
Read: 33MB/s
Write: 11 MB/s

you can also use "fstrim" app if you have root from play store and trim cache and data and also system.

i am using latest cm11 and a couple of weeks i start the app and my Razr runs faster after that.

Thanks for your answer Moto1987, I had fstrim already installed, but that did not change much. The phone was performing better after formatting the partitions, but it was soon lagging again and "Disk Speed Test" tells me right now 11MB/s read and 2,6 MB/s write even after a reboot. I guess the hardware is just too old/broken, unfortunately. really loved this phone when it was usable. I'm still using it because i see no android phone with the same size and haptic feeling. I only see slippery TV-sized phones with batteries lasting a few hours. really considering getting an Iphone SE just for the size and performance. and I started smartphones with an iPhone 3G. after selling it and switching to android I swore to never buy an iPhone again...
