Laggy instagram front camera stories on android P

Hi guys, as the title says I'm encountering this problem on every android 9.0 rom. When I press the record button on instagram stories the story starts to lag madly and it doesn't save also at the end. Have you encountered this problem too?And if so have you got any solutions?
