I was browsing on eBay and saw that there are higher capacity batteries avaliable for the O2 Atom in 1600, 2200 and 2400mah. The later two seem to include a replacement back cover as the battery is physically larger. Just wondering if anyone has used these and if there any good as battery life isn't so flash with the Atom?

I had one for my old Wizard - it did last a long time, but was pretty unsightly. Just for those occasions where you're away from home a long time (I used it when sailing)

Just before my Atom went to PDA heven ,
I bought a Mugen extended battery.
3000 mAh

came with 3 new covers (black/grey/white)

worked a treat , but did double the width of the phone
(can show you pic's if you like.)

Bought from a member of this site, who is one of the top 5 donators.

Australia based.

can highly recommend them .
(safer than e-bay IMHO )

After using this battery , I can say the 3000 mAh will last Almost double .
