@Naman Bhalla Hello, is it safe to go into TWRP wipe everything except "internal storage", flash full stock ROM, flash supersu, and THEN wipe "internal storage" and reboot? I have a bunch of junk and files and want to start completely fresh lol

TWRP update procedure worked perfectly. I was on stock 3.12 with supersu .74. In TWRP i flashed full 3.13 then OTA 3.13-3.20 and Supersu .76 without rebooting in between. Then rebooting without wiping cache. My phone rebooted twice due to Supersu (i presume) and after optimizing apps booted Just fine in 3.20 without wiping internal or losing data. Thanks @NB!

I'm confused by these steps, as I'm on 3.1.2 and have it rooted. Do I just skip the step I noted?

Boot into TWRP recovery
Flash the latest full signed flashable zip
Flash the new OTA incremental update zip < and skip this step? as by the previous step I would already be on 3.2.0
Flash the SuperSU zip
Reboot

First full 3.13 (coming from 3.12), then 3.13-3.20 OTA, then SuperSu, then rebooting. Dont forget a TWRP backup before...

Just download only 3.2.0 zip that's full package
Twrp
Delete all partitions.
Cache delvik data system.
Flash rom and super su zip.
You're done.

I'm in 3.1.3 rooted. If i understand from other users, i can just go to twrp and flash 3.2.0 and then flash supersu without lose my settings? Or have to unroot first, flash 3.2.0 and then supersu? (sorry my question but english is not my nature language). Thanks

I recommend flashing full 3.1.3 and then full 3.2.0 and then root and all ! Though directly flashing 3.2.0 won't have any issues though.

i have some questions before i try this (i have the oneplus 3 rooted with twrp and xposed) :
- if i wait i wont be able to get the OTA because i'm rooted?
- flashing the rom will unroot and wipe the phone?
- to update i have to flash Signed flashable zips, OTA incremental update zip, wipe device, reroot, reinstall everything?

you'd flash the full rom in twrp/adb sideload.. wipe cache/dalvik and then reflash supersu/xposed/cleaner zips and reboot no data loss or anything.
