So for everybody being confused:

-download full 3.2.0 rom
-download 3.2.1 ota
-download supersu , xposed, etc.

-reboot to twrp
- flash 3.2.0
-wipe caches
- flash 3.2.1
-flash supersu, xposed etc.

Reboot. Done.

I assume you shouldn't be encrypted.

Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using XDA Labs

Hmm. MD5s are on Android File Host page and also I have checked them. So is it really needed to have MD5 written in OP too when AFH displays it ?
Ah ok, if all files are checked and AFH md5 is true there's no need.
Maybe better to state that in OP imo.

Nice work :)

I am on 3.2.1. Updated to 3.2.0 yesterday and to 3.2.1 today. Both are getting abysmal battery life. It used to be around 5 hr SOT with 3.1.2

I have a question, if I revert back to the my STOCK Nandroid backup of 3.1.2 and flash the stock Oxygen recovery, will the incremental OTA update work the conventional way? (from the Settings > System Updates)

How about just make life easier and flash Oxygen 3.2.1 right from the start?! Then you don't have to play around with the OTA.

Alright and can I use the full zip from the Oneplus forum? As you said the md5 doesn't match? And do I need to wipe in TWRP or not?
The stock recovery's md5 has a mismatch which concerns me, although I haven't check the full zip.

Go to this thread and from the OP click on 'Official "soft debrick"/back-to-stock guide' in the Solutions section. That's Oneplus official guide with downloads.

The md5 of stock recovery on Oneplus website is different from the one in OP. [#3 Oxygen recovery - direct link]

What's the difference between the two recoveries please?!
Actually the IMG I provided is also correct and Is from the OxygenOS 3.1.2 recovery package. The recovery on oneplus site is from zip package and thus both though being same, are different, and both are tested by me. And, rest assured, all zips and imgs here have been tested and don't have any issues. Still, I will update the stock recovery with the one on oneplus.net though both are same, just because of build time, they have different md5.
EDIT :- Updated.
