Latest batch of Pixel 2 XL's still have screen issues

I want to do another RMA soon for my crackling speakers. Did they fix the blue tint?

we need everyone to start posting the hardware version that are having issues. Under About Phone -> Model. Mine shows hardware revision 10. I have no issues so far.

mine is rev_c blue tint on screen when tilt the phone.got mine on June 13 2018.i can't seems to check my imli through imeipro.info. it says service not available

I have an April-built phone and I have a very low blue shift. Although the colour temperature changes with brightness.

I just got my new Pixel 2 XL. I have hardware rev 10 but I noticed a severe blue shift right away. It is so obvious with it sitting on the table. I have owned the GS6 and Mi Max 2, never noticed anything like that. I know the Max 2 has an LCD. Also, the screen has an overall blue tint to it - makes pictures look blueish. Defeats the purpose of having a good camera and expensive phone to have to constantly look at my pictures on my laptop.

Too much blue for me...

I bought a white 64GB via Carphone Warehouse in the UK a few days ago and the build date was April 2018. It had an extreme blue tint. I went to the shop and they opened another one for (for potential exchange), but it showed the very same blue tint. Too much blue for me and I returned it for a full refund.

I got mine 3 months ago, and to be honest I really like the display, colors are vibrant and the blue tint is barely noticeable unless you get a white background and really look for it tilting the phone at weird angles

Got the phone today. Not much of a blue tint. But there is some light bleeding/uneven lighting of around a cm radius in middle of the phone which is only slightly visible on grey/dark color backgrounds like XDA apps etc. Anyone else with similar screen isssue ?

Mine rev 10. Only issue is with blue tint on display. No Light bleed.

Anyone observing grainines or paper like texture on white /Grey background? Look at it close to the eye. I see it in the new 2 xl I bought today.

Does all pixel 2 xl suffer from this issue? Should I return? Please let me know. I am not able to get another phone to compare

Thanks. I already returned it though. It felt like a downgrade coming from the Mi Max 2. Definitely not worth it for me at $1,000 (Canada). The Max 2 was $300. Got a Pixel ROM on it.

The first few pages of this thread were bonkers lol. My wife and I both have 2xl devices. Hers was purchased at a Verizon store about 8 months ago and mine was purchased unlocked via Google store about a month ago.

unlocked device has 0 discoloration or issues. Display is perfect.

Wife's Verizon 2xl actually has a warmer display. And colors are slightly askew to me. Some whites look "dirty" and some blacks don't look as deep to me. However to the normal person it would take some serious looking to tell the difference between the two of them.
