Nope it is the latest one!

The old was diferent the weather was in the Left of the clock and like you can see its a litle big bigger.

Chek the Update info in Apkmirror

Let me rephrase my comment. It is new apk but it is Old Sense 6 WeatherClock widget style.

Weather on the left of the clock is Sense 7.
Weather on the right of the clock is Sense 6 but there was no transparent clock that time.
