Latest version of Hey Cortana

I just noticed that there's a version of Hey Cortana (released more than a year ago) that allows you to set it to listen only when screen is on. (from this link)

But on my 930, I'm not seeing such thing, and Store says there's no newer version.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a registry key or something for that to be enabled?
Or, can anyone who has that option repack and post xap/appx of their Hey Cortana app so I can install that on my phone?

Yes, my phone language and region is set to English, United States.

Cortana itself is available on my device. Hey Cortana was not (after a hard reset), but I managed to get it by installing it from Store.
The problem I'm having is that I don't have "make Cortana listen only when screen is on or device is charging" option on the Hey Cortana settings page. My device is Lumia 930, running W10M RS2.

try this:

start Cortana
select menu
open settings
enable Hey Cortana

open Notebook and select settings
enable Hey Cortana

Afaik, Hey Cortana is not there in 930/1520. (Just checked again, it isn't there)

Instead it's a separate Nokia app in system settings -> extras.

And that "Cortana listens" box is missing in my device.

sorry but seems this is feature for 950/950XL... maybe removed for others

checked now, working on 950XL, but not on others Lumia's

Use VPN and use the store like again stay in the store for few minutes it will automatically start to download the newer version
