Here is the Launcher AND Original Circle widget clock working! Working Perfectly on the Xperia ZL! Should work on others as well!
Go to the Link Download All 4 files and install them just like you would with any other apk no root needed! It also includes the Wallpapers.

Thanks for the links. My only issue is nothing happens when you click on the clock circle. It doesn't take you to the clock settings or toggle the alarm.
