I'm assuming you went into preferences>homescreen>number of screens and changed that and restarted launcherpro or rebooted the phone?? If that doesn't work, try uninstalling launcherpro and reinstalling it.

Well that's whack. You contact the dev yet?

And what rom/kernel setup are you running. I dunno if it makes a difference, but somebody might know of a bug that's holding LP to a 3 screen limit.

sorry

The easiest thing to do is just reinstall your ROM. Whichever one you choose, and if it happens again change roms to another dev.

I have had really weird things happen on a crappy flash. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. It really should only take you a day worth of playing with your phone to get it set up the way you want.

Hey OP, did you find a fix for this?

Cuz I did lol. Well it worked for me anyway.
Try reflashing your ROM and kernel and all that happy jazz.
I'm running perception 8 with setiron's kernel. I was just dicking around last night and started swapping kernels and unzipping rom's and reflashing and I ended up with your scenario. LP wouldn't work correctly, 3 homescreens, settings reset after a reboot, background went to stock, blah blah blah. I fixed it just by swapping kernels after a fresh flash to perception.

Was using the Cog kernel that was packaged with it, then went to firebird and that's where things got funky. So I reflashed perception, swapped Cog kernel out for setiron, and everything is working fine now.

Not promising that it will work for you and I'm not gonna be held responsible for anything that happens to your phone. This is just merely a suggestion if you haven't found a fix yet.
