Launching apps when selecting date or time in notification bar

Does anyone know if there as xposed module or other app that allows you to launch an app, say calendar, when selecting the date in the notification bar (or the clock app when selecting the time)? I used to be able to do this in some custom ROMs with my HTC One S.

Notification toggle can do that, plus a lot more including battery percent. Chris
