Le 2 X526 missed call no notification and showing as reject

Hello there,

my Le 2 X526 with MIUI 9 (7.11.2) is not showing any notifications for missed calls and in the call log they are labeled as reject.
Any solution?
These same happens with AOSP Rom.
Tried all the solutions found here or on Youtube but with no success.

Go to twrp, erase cache data system dalvikCache and then install the zip
