le 2 x526 stock music player stopped working

Hello guys, i have a le 2 (SD 652 version) udated to latest version. Problem is whenever i open the stock music app, it auto closes and says, "sorry music has stoped. Report this issue now?" And takes me to bug report app..which ive submitted a 100 times to no use.
Can anyone here help me resolve this issue.?

Ps. Ive tried clearing the cache and app data...no use

Try resetting the phone. If that doesnt work try a hard reset. To hard reset hold power and vol down and then you'll come to a menu where it says recovery or accordingly and hard reset.
