le x620 no data connection and slow charge

Hello Everyone,
i have one leeco 2 pro x620 but i cant use the data connection and is really charging slow,
i was thinking it was the rom and i did flash the stock rom and still nothing )=
i already did a Charging Port Board replacement and is the same )=
can anyone help me pls?
