So there has been a leak by Taylor Wimberly (Androidandme.com founder) in his Google+ profile that Motorola will be making the Nexus 5.

In my opinion you should take this leak with a pinch of salt, for a few reasons i would like to discuss.

First of all I'm not sure if that would be a good marketing move, knowing that Google has recently bought Motorola and is already making products together sounds really weird. The way i see the process behind manufacturing Nexus device's is to help the smaller Android smartphone makers.

Second, is because Motorola has pulled out of the India smartphone market, in my opinion releasing a phone without its availability in such a large stage would be a critical move. Then there was some announcements about Moto X not being available in Europe, and that some changes has to be made the phone to push it to the EU market, so i guess they are struggling in this area.

Anyway, that's my two cent's. What is your opinion about this "leak"?

By the way, English is not my main so be merciful.

I would like to see Motorola make a Nexus... I understand the situation with them now owning the mobile division of Motorola... Could look like favoritism, but ever company should get a crack at making a Nexus... As long as they don't keep making Nexus devices, I don't see a problem... I'm not sure about the other stuff...

Motorola already make many nearly stock phones, my RAZR M being one, & the Moto X another
The most appealing thing about Motorola now is that they realised motoblur is rubbish & dumped it & now have an advantage with a minimal UI that doesn't hinder Android like touchwiz, sense or Xperia skins
That being said I'd love to see a Moto Nexus, it would just give them license to imagine up another very unique style of phone which, if anything like the X, will
be brilliant, & we'd truly be spoilt for choice...
Indeed perhaps the X didn't release with 4.3 because the Moto Nexus 5 was always part of Googles big plan...
@ least that's my theory...
