Your question is difficult to answer without knowing which device and stylus (active or passive) you use.
@kennyTSV: I guess if the click is to quick, it is ignored by the Android system. For instance, if you click on an icon, hold it and while holding move away from the icon, the click is ignored as well.
@Hahahalalala: From LectureNotes' perspective, it does not make any difference whether you are using a hardware or a soft keyboard, it just receives input events (key down, key up, etc.). Hence, it is not clear why LectureNotes should respond slowly when you use a hardware keyboard.
