Leeco Le2 - When turning on HotSpot - Phone looses reception

This is the strangest thing.. Every time I turn on the hotspot the mobile reception of the phone drops to 0 and doesn't recover until I restart the phone.

I've checked the APN while the hotspot is on and it seems there's no APNs at all on the phone during the an active hot spot.

Any ideas?

Something seems wrong with your communications receiver. I recommend a full wipe of your os and flash stock rom and then your preferred ROM.
