Anyone else having issues with their note 8 working on
ep-ng930 and ep-pg920i?

When I lay the phone on both bases a blue light stays solid, but phone does not charge... are these not compatible?

They both work for me. Do you have a thick case on your phone?

ep-pn920 works great for me.

Perhaps I have setting off or something, I just find it strange that both wireless Samsung pads are not working which leads to think its the phone. Does anyone know where the settings to can be for wireless charging... I can't find it. BTW I have the Verizon note 8.

I am on the unlocked. I search for battery in setting. 3 dots button and click advanced settings.

I have the NG930 and it's been working perfectly for me

I have the original fast charge pads, a Korean version and a USA version and they both work fine with my N950N

Found the issue, bad charging cable. They looked brand new, swapped out for other Samsung cables i had and it works perfectly now.
