Lenevo P780 boot issue

Hi newbie here . I have a problem on my lenovo p780 8gb 119 rom (bootloop). I already flash it via flash tool... Now, my problem is i cant turn it on, i can only turn it on once i press and hold the power vol+ vol- and choose restart and then i can use it for a while but if i plug in the usb cable, the phone suddenly turns off and the process goes back again...

Hope you all guys out there can help me. tia

Note: i can only turn it on(recovery) with the help of usb cable/charger.
Already updated to stock rom to kitkat and still the same problem.

Hi. Let me see... You have the Lenovo P780 SPEED edition. This means that your phone after 04.2014. You need to flash your phone with the new preloader.
Look on your phone box, on the back of the box and read there.
Sooo.. Now because of this wrong preloader, your PC cannot detect your phone.
Now to reflash your phone you do all the things to prepare flash, press flash button,connect the phone, and now come the tricky part:
- open the back case of your phone and press small red button for 20 secconds. Not optional. More yes, less no.
Try this and tell me what happent.

hi. my pc can detect my phone... i already install all the necessary drivers, the only problem is that i can only do download and format + download. Every time i choose firmware upgrade then click download on v5 of flash tool, the response is unrecognized rom. but in flash tool v3 error 4001 da download failed. regarding the phone box, i dont know where it is... its been a long time.. maybe they already trash it... is it possible for you to do team viewer? Can you also send me a link for the preloader?
