Will i be able to flash s244 directly?

OTA from M(S048) to N(S244) fix modem errors....
direct fastboot flash don't bring updated modem, and direct TWRP flashing can give errors like no imei, etc....safest way is fastboot flash stock marshmallow and update to S244 using Lenovo stock recovery via OTAs.

Fastboot erase modmst2
Then both signal gone
Before both signal show but can't hear any voice call
That's why i flash that command nd now both sim not detected

Well I have mentioned anything about erasing modem files so it's not my fault that you don't have network.
The way I know to recover from your issues is to restore TWRP backup of modem or restore qcn.
If you don't have any of them then I would recommend you to try to install OTA to s244 from s48 (not sure if it will work for you but it's worth the shot if you don't have any of the above)

You don't have to restore modem. Remember on which rom you were when you started flashing recovery and system. If its S68 then download fastboot.7x of S68. Then update through regular OTA. Now when you are on s244 simply flash recovery and you are done. Follow every step shown by abhay.

Mine Volte started working, I fastboot flashed s68 then updated it to s244.
Note:- While doing all of the above my data partition was ext4 not f2fs. Maybe it has someihing to do with that.

First i don't know why you erased these partitions
and TWRP backup will not help you unless you have a backup for these (which you don't as twrp doesn't do for these partitions)
BUT
the good news is you can reflash these partitions
the stock firmware have the image for modem and momdemst partitions and you can flash them using qboot
open the stock firmware and you'll find a zip file named blankflash.zip in a folder named mbm-ci
extract it and then use the blank-flash.bat which contains the command you need
this will reflash the all necessary partitions including the modem partitions
Note:this is the same steps to bring your device back from death

On bootloader unlocked device if you click flashit all than Just that it flashes system, recovery, boot. Modem related stuff don't flash....

Yea I got it. Just the security patch was updated to the latest November Security patch. File size is 95 MB. I didn't notice anything different yet.

which root method do you use (phh's supersu or magisk)
and when you applied the update on S244, was it rooted or you removed the root before update
