How did this happen on the first place?
Did you try rooting with any unknown app?
my imei also showing unknown and imei sv showing 78.. detecting only the first sim ive used.. no other sim is supporting

Just reset using recovery menu during boot time.

Just recover using ur volume up and power off buttom....i had same problem

Ok...first switch off ur phone..then run into boot mode by...pressing power on and Volume up at same time...and recover ur phone....data may be lost during this...so backup before

solved same issue by reseting while recovering
my lenovo k5 note vibe had same problem i.e unknown baseband and lost imei no. ,
now i hv fixed it by same procedure given by others also
1st switch off ur phn then press volume button and power button together and recover ur setting.

Ok so, i press recovery and then it goes to a red and blue letter with some options,I should do a wipe data factory reset?
