• At first install wipe cache and data and system
• Install ROM
• Install open gapps 64 (tester with the pico version)
• Boot

As shreps said, we only test on the a40 version, please send us the logcat and the dmesg since the early boot. This is where everything is initialized. If you take the logcat/dmesg to late, we might not have all the information we need

As a newbie, sorry for asking dumb questions, but here it goes: Th OP shows a list of things that work... ok, but it would be nice to see a list of things that DOESN'T work as well, for noobs like me know better what to expect from this rom. How about that? For example, I can infer that gyroscope / compass aren't working; am I right?

You can acess "PAC-ROM" for k5 thread, and see the working/not working
They use the same source, so, what works in pac, work here
