I have P1c72 and runnning s152 . I was given update to 6.0 by OTA, I downloaded and after that was checking for signature and I got an error about signature not found or something like that. Any thoughts about? Maybe 6.0.1 european is not working on p1c72?

Strange. I can't install the marshmallow ota update. It says internal storage low but I have like 8gb left
Updated it. So far so good. Anyone tested volte in P1 after the update?

I read on lenovo forum that retrying to download update eventualy will work. Same deal for me (signature fail), I downloaded now again and did the trick (for someone only after 3-4 tries). Everything works fine. Didn't need wipe cache or factory reset.

facing Random raboots
i am facing random reboots but i have found a workaround for that to stop just untill lenovo gives a fix

1-if you restrict any app under 'background app managemet' u will face random reboot when your phone is on standby mode , so best way to avoid that is dont restrict any app let marshmallow doze do the job for you . lenovo's battery optimization causing reboots .
2-Dont give any permission to lenovo companion app i guess its not comparable with 6.0.
so far doing this two things stopped my random reboots

Nope. I don't think there is a way to root P1 after MM update. Or am I missing something?

installed it on my 3rd attempt. runs perfectly...lenovo companion does have a glitch..NFC finally works!!

As of now there's No root available for the mm (6.0) version of p1

You have to flash stock rom s135 and you will get OTA updates.
How about modem issues? Are them ok talking about dowgrade?

no, you will not.
You will need a clean version , not rooted like p1a42_s135 and then upgrade a couple of times.

you can't , that is just the update from s152 to s263(andriod 6.0)
flash P1a42_S140_151111_ROW_QPST and then let the phone upgrade by itself
Why I get update to 6.0.1 when on mentioned rooted ROM?
I did not run update, but I get update notification and possibility to run it, download it.
You can download, install will not work. Bootloop, only logo, etc..
