thanks a lot ! this would do !

Another quick question, typically we unlock the bootloader to do all these rooting everything, does this procedure of using QFIL/QPST unlock the bootloader?

I just extracted both Stock ROM (1.39 GB compressed, 2.58 GB expanded) and Rooted ROM (1.25GB compressed, 3.54GB expanded). I see there is a 1 GB file size difference and also number of files are very less in the Rooted ROM.

Am I having the right set of files?

I am assuming the Custom Recovery is not yet available. With the SU option available, the advantage is I can Nuke unncessary system level apps and then do Complete Backup of the Data using Titanium Backup. Anything else we can do?

We can't unlock bootloader yet, it remanes locked. This is almost official way to flash ROM.

It's different way of files compression. The file list is fine.
If there are userdata_*.img files, you can delete it or else your data will be wiped during flashing.

No permanent custom recovery while bootloader is locked.

It is not necessary to unlock bootloader in order to have recovery. Some time ago I had some LG smarphone ( as I remember ) or Samsung. Some developer made a glitch that recovery was called up by some scrip catching keypresses. I am not skilled enough to explain that further.

You can fash recovery without unlocking bootloder on MediaTek CPUs, not Qualcomm.
While bootloader locked we can use temp recovery (only for single boot) if someone can compile it and make it usible.

While removing Kingroot using Supersu me pro, i think i kind of screwed something up. Now, as soon as i restart, I am getting error as "Kingroot has stopped working". So i am stuck without root now. I tried flashing all rom versions, but the error doesn't go. I don't want to wipe everything just for this. Any solutions to just remove kingroot and not just disable so i can reflash rooted room and get root back.

After getting ROOT:
1. Download attaced xposed.zip (6.87 MB)
2. Unpack to internal storage download folder. And install all apk's this zip.
3. Open Terminal Emulator and type "su" hin Enter, confim superuser rights.
4. type "cd /storage/sdcard0/Download", press Enter, then type "su -c sh update-binary" and press Enter.
5. Ready!

Translated and updated XPosed installer from v79 to v80 by me.
