upgrade problem

hi
i download upgrade firmware from lenovo server
started installing. frimware installed. but my phone now stay on lenovo logo
i cant use of my phone. i cant going to recovery mod. i cant power off and ...
please help me

Hey its 3 days old post. You still suffering same issue or the problem is solved.

Hey guys a new query here. Your expert opinion is required.

Check this attached screenshot.
I have range of both the networks. IMEI is also my original IMEI. But baseband is unknown. I remember baseband had some value. Why is it unknown now. Any idea?

Is there anything abnormal to worry or shall I ignore it?

Hi. Do you have any problems with the phone? Some signal, internet... Etc?
If you don't have any problems ignore the issue.

Yes my 2g/3g sim works great but 4g sim (service provider doesn't support 3g/2g) is not able to connect to the network. It shows "not in service". However occasionally it connects but without actual data speed.

Note: today I reflashed complete rom and qcn file. Still problem persist.

What was the original firmware?
The 4g card is in your first sim slot?

Original firmware was s288 on P1a42 rooted with custom recovery twrp present. 4g sim was working in both sim slots since Nov 2016. After crashed rom it works in both the sim slots intermittently even in strong signal zone. I have tried
1. Changing sim
2. Changing sim slot.
3. Changing settings
4. Changing apn settings
5. Restoring qcn (this is my original qcn backup from s288 rom)
6. Restoring qcn and efs from other mobile phones.
7. Today as said before I wiped entire 32gb space and reflashed everything one more time. I mean hard bricked everything and restored everything once again.

Still baseband is unknown but imei is present. Other network sim are working. But this particular network which am facing problems is working fine on other handsets with same sim. Also lte discovery app is able to see 4g band 3 in vicinity but am not able to connect to the network.

This could sign one hardware problem.
Go to a service store for more professional diagnosis. Maybe the modem chipset is faulty.

I have a Lenovo vibe P1a72. I wanted to upgrade the ROM or download it costs before the end, the message "Download Fail" "finish download"
Now I have a dead cell phone! How to save it ... please help!

Hey Guys

Today i have intentionally hard bricked my own Lenovo Vibe P1 (P1a42) just to demonstrate you all how to recover the dead (hard bricked) qualcomm devices.
This process is more or less same for all the qualcomm devices. In some devices other steps may be needed where you will have to wipe entire ROM space and make a single partition of ExFAT format.
