I flashed this ROM on the tablet after updating to version 14 of ZUI, but I didn't enable OEM, only USB debugging, and now I can't exit Fastboot mode screen. I saw some videos saying that I can only start the tablet if I flash the same version that was previously installed.

Did you unlock the bootloader before? You could try flashing the QPST package again

Do you have any tutorial on how to do that? I unlocked the bootloader before, but now only USB debugging is enabled. I can even flash the old ROM, but it won't boot and it says it's not secure, getting stuck on the Fastboot Mode screen.

"I cannot find the sn.img file on the ZUI website, and the email did not reach me. Additionally, I did not unlock the OEM. Nevertheless, I managed to flash the original ROMs, but the device doesn't turn on, and the following message appears in the attachment."

You have wait at least a day after initially connecting the tablet to the internet to get the sn.img from Lenovo.

If you have already waited a long time, you can try this guide.

Sure. I will wait until the end of the weekend, and if I don't receive the file, I will try this guide.

Porque eu estava lendo as respostas e várias pessoas falaram que o modo pc só funcionava com monitor externo. E eu quero comprar uma capa de teclado original, então quero saber se funciona ou não.

I'm on ZUI 14.127 ST, and I want to buy a keyboard cover to use as if it were a PC, is there any way, or just with an external monitor?

Because I was reading the answers and several people said that pc mode only worked with an external monitor. And I want to buy an original keyboard cover, so I want to know if it works or not.

I had to share my experience with TB-J716F. Dear users, please stay away from ZUI 14.

    (ZUI_14.0.127_221020 specifically).

Early this year, my tablet updated from ZUI 13 to ZUI 14. I was pissed, that they removed the PC mode rendering the keyboard accessories useless. After a few days, I got error popping up, UI isn't responding and no more sound coming out the tablet. Going through XDA posts for TB-J716F, it seems that no one had this issue.

Going through a few days of XDA posts, I decided to reflash the firmware to stock ZUI 12 hoping it would revert all the mess Lenovo update had done to my tablet. THIS is when my journey through hell begins.

Had to unlock the bootloader, but Lenovo website that we ask for the unlock file is dead. use the HAHAHAHA method, and managed to unlock after a few days. Tried QFIL to install stock firmware ZUI 12, the tablet stuck in boot loop. I was so heartbroken, I left the tablet in dust for months. I do read the XDA forum for TB-J716F from time to time.

In august 2023, someone posted that ZUI 14.0.266 fixed a lot of problem and PC mode is back. I try again to flash to stock firmware. A ton of sleepless night, I kept failing. I noticed some users said the flashing sometime works and sometime not working, they just keep trying until it works.

    Summary of my failure:
    1) After flashing with QFIL, the tablet always stuck at bootloop, Even after waiting for hours the welcome page will not load...
    2) During bootloop, if I let the screen turn off by itself, I have to restart (hold Power Button) and the tablet will be bootlooping again. Simply clicking power would not wake the screen up.
    3) I found a user posted about using the contents_fullupgrade.xml with QFIL. Tried it. still bootlooping.
    4) After days of attemps, suddenly the welcome page displayed. I was literally screaming. But after finished the initial setup page, the system message popping up and asking me to restart the tablet, after restart, the tablet stuck in bootloop again.
    5) I found out that after flashing the firmware with QFIL using contents_fullupgrade.xml. I have to reflash it again with the original contents.xml. Once I have discovered this, my success rate increase drastically, no more freaking bootloops. The tablet would load the effin welcome page.
    6) My heart was broken the second time when I found out that there is still no sound!!!
    7) The freaking update destroyed my audio. no more sound via anything (bluetooth, USB dongle), I think the OTA killed the sound chip.
    8) Scouring the web, I found this is not the first time Lenovo did this: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo...d-Phablets/Tablet-No-Audio/m-p/4141367?page=2
    9) I gradually update the firmware again and now it is on ZUI 14.0.266. STILL NO FREAKING SOUND LENOVO. Glad the PC mode is back.
    10) I also noticed a new symptom, that if I turn off the Tablet then turn it back on, sometime it will not boot to Android, it will stuck at the Lenovo icon. I have to force reset (hold power button) and try to turn it on again. it will eventually load ZUI 14.
    11) I tries using the Dolby Atmos APK the users shared, but still no sound. I guess Lenovo really bricked the hardware via the software.
    12) Fark You Lenovo, you destroyed my tablet.

Thank you very much to XDA users for your shared knowledges. at least I can use my tablet now as a web browser or manga reader. No sound coming out at all thanks to Lenovo. SD870 has a lot of potential, to bad it is crippled with bad software implementation.

DO NOT UPDATE TO ZUI 14 !!!!! STICK WITH ZUI 13!!!!!!!!! You will be a lot happier.

For all those who lost Google Play Store after the OTA upgrade (this assumed that you were on the Chinese Rom with locked bootloader to receive OTA update), I just want to share some findings with you. I faced the same issue and found out that the Play Store plugin on the Chinese app store didn't work coz it was incompatible and obviously outdated. The best approach I found was from the instruction to install play store for xiaoxin pad pro 2022. The links to get Google Play Store and Google Play Services apks from the instruction would be fine to follow but their link to Google Services Framework 12 is incorrect and it would take you to Framework 13 which is for Android 13+. You need Framework 12 for Android 12+.
For me, I wanted latest stuff so I installed the following in the same order as the listing below:
Google Play Store 34.0.12-21 [0] [PR] 500233025 (nodpi) (Android 5.0+)
    Google Play services 22.50.14 (200400-499278674) (200400)
Google Services Framework 12 (Android 12+)
Note that I chose to install non-bundle apks because I don't know what the bundles are.
After doing the installations of those 3 apks, the Play Store app didn't show up on app screen because it wasn't enabled after installation. You just need to go into Settings and search for "Play Store" and enable it. It would then show up on your app screen. This issue might not happen to you but if you face problem, you can search for these 3 items in Settings and see their statuses.

Please share your way to launch google play
    Download this and install https://www.apkmirror.com/.../google-play.../download/...
    Afterward
    - Go to settings, click on the search box, type goog p, select Google play service in the search results, delete all data and cache in it.
    - Go to settings, google, log in, it will spin for a while. And not login, let it run to the end
    - Go to settings, app management, 3 dots button on the right,
select google basic service, turn it off,
    - go back to google play service by typing google p in the search box of settings, delete all data, and delete all updates by pressing the three dots button on the right.
    - Go back to turn on google basic service,
    - go to enable google play store by typing goog p in the search box of settings, then select google play store, - enable
    - go to settings - Google - login again

Thanks for the answer, but it did not help me (link is broken)
The issue was resolved as follows:
Went to settings, then apps. Click on the three dots at the top. There I chose google basic services. Turned off the switch. Tried launching chrome and logging in. There was a request to enable Google services. Then I went to the application settings and turned on google basic services. After that, I was successfully allowed into the account.

I took this chance to try ZUI 14, however there were definitely a lot of issues I've encountered.

It wasn't able to root, wi-fi gets broken, and other issues that were already mentioned here. [1](The Google Account issue that was mentioned here didn't happen to me, I got it first try.) I actually got TWRP to install in ZUI 14 (credit goes to @Ungeskriptet) however it had issues mounting the system partitions. This was the same issue that happened on Android 12-based GSIs on this tablet.

Though I'm actually curious that the update moved the whole OS to Slot B instead of staying in Slot A. The boot logo also changed to Qualcomm's logo instead of the usual Lenovo logo, as well as the unlocked bootloader message not showing up after.

There were two new bootloader options too, one being booting into FFBM mode.

In conclusion, stay away from this specific ZUI 14 update for now until there is news of a more stable update.

[1] I might have been lucky the first try I installed ZUI 14. Now on other reinstalls, they don't seem to work now.
