I unlock man, it’s easy, just put first zui rom, after that extract your oem, save as backup, use a hex editor, change your serial to HAHAHA and execute some fast boot commands and u will have it unlocked

I saw you screenshot now, unlock is fail because before you put the commands you need to install the first Chinese firmware, after that, edit your serial to HAHAHAHA, download the sn.img and execute the command. Put sn.img on c:/sn.img and at the end of command put the location c:/sn.img.

instructions for switching to GSI firmware

Necessary • The unlocked bootloader instructions are in the header
• Vendor from ZUI (i.e. a tablet stitched onto a Chinese ZUI, preferably the latest version)
• Pre-downloaded and installed adb/fastboot drivers

How to choose the firmware?
When downloading, I ran into a problem - a bunch of files with different names and pT, bvS, etc.
For example lineage-19.1-20221122- UNOFFICIAL-arm64_bgN-vndklite-secure.img (clickable)

1. arm64 means that the firmware for the ARM 64-bit processor architecture is what we need
2. Next, we are interested in the first letter b, which means for a/b devices (our ARM64 A/B)
3. The second letter: g - gapps (Google Apps are built in), v - vanilla (clean, no Google), I also met o - google one
4. The third letter: S or Z - rooted, N - non-rooted.
5. vndklite - a system in rw (which will allow you to swarm and change system files

Installing adb drivers
Download our kitchen - GSI_Tools, unpack the ADB_platform-tools folder from the archive to the root of the disk (C:\ or D:\ - it doesn't matter)
From the archive of the downloaded GSI firmware, we unpack the system image into our ADB_platform-tools folder. Rename this image to "system" (for example: from "lineage-19.1-20221122- UNOFFICIAL-arm64_bvS-vndklite.img" in "system.img")

yup, as mention by dashlicious , you can use most google apps service but you need to activate google services before installing google installer (search on lenovo main apps )
