Hi, any help that can be offered is greatly appreciated.

I've just ordered this, however, I ordered the global rom version sold by Lenovo Office Store. I wish I had seen this thread first as it seems I chose the wrong seller/version.

The tablet is a gift for my 10 year old. She only really uses her tablet for video Messenger and games like Minecraft, Roblox and Toca World - do you foresee any problems? Will she have security issues logging into her accounts? Any recommendations on what I should do before she uses it with regards to flashing? Is flashing even possible yet?

I thought there would have been more about this tablet on XDA as it's been out for a few months now...unless I've just not been able to find the threads???

Also, where is the best place to grab a case for this tablet? The only ones I can find locally (Australia) are for the Pro version.

I hope I've not made a poor choice, I was tempted to get the 4gb M10 Plus but the Xiaoxin had 6gb RAM.

Global version of this tablet is Tab M10 Plus Gen 3. Has same model name. afaik there are some sellers that already install global rom on it.

So does this mean the accessories, such as case of screen protector, will fit? The dimensions I found look different.

This problem is present on all xiaoxin pad 2022 devices, please press the three keys at the same time volume + - and power on for 10-15 seconds and you can boot the device from recovery, maybe the first time it happens, you need to format from boot. recovery to be able to revive it.

After owning several devices both Chinese and others, i've never encountered a situation like this, i mean, why did that work when everything else failed? even on the hw level it wasn't working, also how did a device get from a booted working state to such a state?

This is even worse than a DFU mode because at least that can still be detected

This device originally has lenovo zui firmware, but the Chinese unlock bootloader and flash a global one, which seems to be faulty, the device goes into that deep sleep state when you connect the charge and puts it to sleep immediately or when you disconnect the charge and it goes to rest immediately, I went back to the original ZUI firmware and it is better optimized.

So you also experienced these issues on your tablet? do you know if there is a fix other than a rom change?
What are the supported languages on the lenovo rom? and where can i get it?

I had this problem too, we all have, it is very easy to revert to original Chinese firmware zui with qfil tool was able to flash the firmware zui, you can install Google services manually. English is the system language but if you need another language you can use morelocale2 or the seedit apk so that the applications are in your native language.

So i can use qfil to flash stock rom + gaps then install morelocale2 for more languages, is that correct?

Zui 14 was scheduled for this past November for our devices, it is very close to arriving. use vpn china without it it won't detect updates.

For Netflix to work in HD you need to lock the bootloader, it is possible to do this, but I don't know the method to re-lock it at the moment.

I just received the tablet and I'm wondering how to have L1 for Netflix. It seems that the way is using the Russian tutorial and then locking the bootloader? Or is there any possibility to update TB128FU_S000020_220309 to a newest version easily?

I don't mind changing the ROM, but I would like to have Widevine support
