As far as I know all vendors ship their devices with an unlocked bootloader (it doesn't matter if the device's running Global or Chinese rom). Mine arrived with Global rom + unlocked bootloader -> I flashed it back to the Chinese rom (still L3) -> I tried to re-lock the bootloader but failed and got bricked lol.

So, you could just ask them if the device has L1/could stream Netflix higher than SD straightly. Good luck

FIrst of all, when the XiaoXin Pad arrived to me, I saw on app DRM info that widevine is L3 and global rom... I changed the system to CN version (TB128FU_CN_OPEN_USER_Q00012.0_S_ZUI_13.5.365_ST_220526_qpst ) and widevine still was L3, so I have locked the tablet and it semi bricked the tablet. So after hours trying to return to normal, I unlocked the tablet again and QFIL the CN ROM again (TB128FU_CN_OPEN_USER_Q00012.0_S_ZUI_13.5.365_ST_220526_qpst ) and updated the CN ROM to latest version.

En primer lugar, cuando me llegó el XiaoXin Pad, vi en la información DRM de la aplicación que widevine es L3 y rom global... Cambié el sistema a la versión CN (TB128FU_CN_OPEN_USER_Q00012.0_S_ZUI_13.5.365_ST_220526_qpst) y widevine todavía era L3, entonces He bloqueado la tableta y semibloqueó la tableta. Normally the sellers change to Global ROM before send the device. If it arrived with CN ROM probably it already locked and updated to latest ROM. Also you can unistall those unwanted CN apps and use gboard as well. There are some apps you can use to translate like setedit.

Even if you order the Chinese version of Zui and the Chinese seller promises, they will most likely send you the global version with unlocked bootloader, you can't take their word for it!

everything works fine on zui if you follow the manual i posted to set up

To lock again the pad, you just need activate the debug USB and power off the device and go to fastboot mode and on cmd in computer you type:
1. fastboot devices (to see if your device is there)
2. fastboot flashing lock and select the option on your device and done.

ONLY LOCK IF YOU HAVE THE LATEST UPDATE IN ZUI (ZUI_13.5.476_ST).
